The Schedule module lets managers plan shifts, approve attendance, and see who's working at every location in real time. Staff clock in and out by scanning a QR code at the entrance — no hardware, no app to install, no buddy punching. Everything is timestamped and stored automatically.

The Salary module calculates monthly payroll from the approved shift data. Set hourly or fixed rates per location and department, apply bonuses and deductions as they happen, and run payroll in minutes instead of hours. The Motivation module adds a gamified progression layer: employees earn points for shifts worked and hit goals that automatically trigger pay rate increases — giving your best staff a reason to stay.
