Easy Work started from a simple frustration: restaurant operators were spending hours every month on payroll calculations, chasing down attendance records, and trying to retain good staff with no real tools to help them. Spreadsheets weren't cutting it — and generic HR software wasn't built for shift-based teams.

We built Easy Work specifically for HoReCa — hotels, restaurants, and cafes. Every feature, every workflow, every decision in the product reflects the reality of managing a team across one or more restaurant locations. QR-based clock-in because phones are always on hand. Modular pricing because not every cafe needs every feature. Trilingual support because our customers operate in diverse markets.
